Mind & Body Queens is a space for ALL women.
No matter your sexual orientation. No matter your shape or size.
Neurodivergent or neurotypical. Whether you identify as a woman or break the mold of gender norms.
This blog is proudly inclusive of every woman who walks this earth.
And let’s be clear — homophobia, transphobia, misogyny and patriarchy have no place here.
None.
This blog is an act of resistance.
I am an unapologetic feminist, fiercely committed to the fight for women’s rights.
Mind & Body Queens exists to challenge everything that has kept women small, silent, or unsafe.
This space is a declaration: we are no longer asking for space — we are taking it.
Not because we want more than we deserve, but because we’ve been denied what was ours for far too long.
This blog was born from both exhaustion and fire.
Because too many women have been taught to stay small.
To silence themselves for love. To blend in to survive. To suppress joy, rage, desire, identity.
Some of us have been erased, judged, broken, or told that our truth wasn’t valid.
This space was created to reclaim what the world tried to take from us —
our softness, our power, our voice, our pleasure, our agency.
As the woman behind this platform, I am a trans woman.
And I say it with pride, not apology.
Not because I want to center myself — but because I believe truth is power.
I don’t claim to speak for all women.
I am not here to take space that isn’t mine.
I am here as a woman who has always admired women.
Who has learned from women.
Who owes everything to women.
And who wants nothing more than to see us all rise — together.
I am a Queen among Queens.
Not the Queen.
Not above. Not instead of.
But with. Always with.
Here, we talk about power, softness, self-love, sensuality, identity, mental health, money, activism, pleasure, healing —
because we live all of it.
This is a blog for the woman you are, the one you were told not to be, and the one you’re still becoming.
Welcome to Mind & Body Queens.
Welcome to your space. Your voice. Your rise.
